We load test your lifting equipment
At CERTEX, we perform numerous load tests, ranging from validation of lifting equipment to testing and quality control of suppliers' products. In addition to this, we can also assist you as a customer with the validation of your own lifting equipment.
Examples of load testing:
- Steel wire rope and chain slings
- Steel wire ropes
- Roundslings and webbing slings
- Ropes, mooring lines, and harbour towage
- Lifting beams and lifting tools
- Welded or forged constructions
In our workshop in Täby, we have a test bench with a capacity of up to 60 tons. It is calibrated by RISE and meets the requirements according to SS-EN ISO 7500-1 as per the following table:

For load tests below 4 tons, we use dynamometers to ensure the most accurate results possible.

Scandinavia's largest test bench
In collaboration with our sister company CERTEX Denmark, we have access to a test bench with Scandinavia's highest capacity. It has a maximum capacity for load tests up to 1200 tons.
