Aspire range™ is our ambition to offer the market a more sustainable choice. Reducing the negative climate impact and the use of raw materials are challenges that we and the entire lifting industry are facing. At CERTEX, part of the Lifting Solutions Group, we want to lead the transformation and set the standard for a more sustainable future in our industry.
Our Aspire range™ is carefully selected products which have features that are more sustainable than conventional products. They have a reduced negative impact on the climate and/or the environment, but without any sacrifices on neither quality nor safety. It is our aspiration and dedication to work towards a lifting industry operated in a sustainable way.
Requirements
Creating common standards on a global market is complicated and takes time. We respect that process, but we won’t let it slow down our own ambitions to be forerunners and to show what’s possible. Consequently, we have developed our own standard based on criterias for products to be qualified as Aspire range™.
Criterias
To be included in the Aspire range™, the following must be fulfilled:
Signed Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct is signed by the suppliers
Suppliers sustainability performance audited
Suppliers are audited based on our sustainability requirements
Fullfill demands on quality and safety
Same high quality and safety requirements as our conventional products
Improved sustainability performance
The product has a proven substantial improved sustainability performance compared to conventional products in one or more of the following areas:
- Significantly reduced CO2 footprint
- Made of recycled material
- Possible to recycle
- Substitution of hazardous chemicals*
*chemicals listed in annex XIV and XVII in REACH are substituted.

Our process
- We actively seek and develop new products.
- The product is thoroughly verified against the Aspire
criteria.
- The request is submitted to the Aspire product board.
- The request is reviewed to approve or deny.
- Lifting Solution's Management Team confirm the fulfillment of criteria and approve the product to be included in the Aspire range.

When you choose a lifting product from our Aspire range™ range, you get a product that has met fact-based improvements from a sustainability perspective and is thus a better choice compared to conventional products.
